Whats the avg. HP stats for the following mods.<p>KL-ZE swap
Intake and exhaust
ECU.<p>When tuned, and running what would be the approx.
HP normally? im guessing what around 235hp?<p>Also what times have been done with these basic
mods? times im guessing are flat 14 or high 13s?<p>please anyone with this info, it would be much appreciated.<p>

You can have the HP, and just have a bad run. Paul catches 3rd, his grip is Ok in 1st and second, but runs a 14.8L with a 2.5L VAF, 1.8L ECU, cone filter and an aftermarket muffler.

sorry for the miscommunication<p>i meant programmable ecu...<p>and also, we run 98 octane here. So im guessing over all we should be able to gain a bit extra

you could use 130 octane and still not get 235 hp. In japan the engine is rated at 200 hp and thats on 104 octane gas. If I remember there was a nice article on gas, a link someone gave on this forum a while back.

If I remember right Higher Octane doesn't really get you higher HP. Infact I believe using lower octain gas in our cars can boost HP a bit as long as you don't start getting engine knock.
