seatbelt are stuck help

i have lil problem. my seatbelts are stuck up and i need to know if there is anything that i can do to move them back? all i wanna do is put them back so that i could have some type of protection. i dont even care if they never move again as long as i could get them back into position. can any one help me?

Well if there busted, then take them to the mazda dealership and ask them about the recall on them. Its on the main site somewhere

Yeah, they're covered for the life of the car since they're part of the restraint system. Call your Mazda dealer and they'll fix 'em for free.
