the miata is a 4cl engine, similar to the 4 cylinder, the k8 is a v6.

Hey MX-3000GT,
Nope, about the only thing you can transfer from the Miata B series is the lifters and shims from the 93-97 engine. I've been trying to hunt some down

You can swap a miata engine in, like 93+ models are nice for mods. The 98+ are real sweet for turbos. Just need to get the tranny, ecu, mounts, etc.
Sucks pricewise

If your gonna be swapping engines that dont swap or bolt right in.... you might as well save your cash for another 3-4 months and buy a mitsubishi evo5 / 6 engine.
rated at 206kw (280ps) stock
runs boost at around 14lb
and is a inline 4.
if you hook this up into your car you should be pulling 13sec 1/4 miles
