Mazda 6-New V-6 motor

Did you guys hear that Mazda going to bring the Mazda 6 to canada in 2004. With the base engine 2.3 liter-4 banger with 160 hp. BUT THEY YOU CAN GET A3.0 V-6!!!!!that pumps out 220 HP!!! that would be smoking to have in a MX!!!Add a turbo and a Nos Kit. Be Easily pushing just over 300. :eek:

thats not to impressive<BR>klze puts out 195-200hp out of 2.5ltr<BR>this motor puts 220 out of a 3.0ltr<BR>not much of a difference for half a liter and the klze fits with no problems<BR>Dan

next question, can a KLZE take 7psi? That really high!

Properly tuned and fuel well-managed, the ZE could take 7psi on stock internals. As far as i know noone has killed a ZE with other than running too lean.

I believe there was a discussion about the new Mazda V6 some time ago, and the result was that if you were to go to the trouble necessary to install that engine you could possibly go for something a little better.<P>Such as a V8... :)
