Cold Air Intake

Post by SimonPK »

I've got all the bits to make one of David C's intakes. The only thing I can see going wrong is what to do with the vacuum pipe that goes into the stock filter housing.
Any ideas?
Is it ok to block it up or is it needed for something?

Are you referring to the 1/2" vacumm hose to the air intake elbow after the airbox, then you can put a breather filter on it. They look like a small cone air filter. Hope this helps
