Engine missing

My 1.8 engine with new plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor misses at random times. It seems to do it most when accelerating, but happens other times also, such as under a heavier load. If anyone has suggestions, please help!!! Thanks.

i had the same problem, i blocked off the egr and good as new<P>just something to think about

my 1.8 idles a little rough after its warmed up. did you have that problem before you blocked off the egr? how did you keep the cel off after you blocked it off?
