I recently bought some rims I mean I paid $300 so far from a guy online from hondahookup.com and he cleary states that they are 18's. When they are 17's, he also clearly states that the tires need replaced which they do. So the rest I owe is $250, but he lied about the size and 17's rims are real cheap nowadays. What do you think I should pay for them.

If you still want them, you could try to settle with him paying shipping, or do not pay any more than you would pay locally for used rims. If you don't want them, he can't force you to buy because he misrepresented, whether intentional or not, it's his error, not yours.
