timing belt.....what else should be changed?

I'm going to get the timing belt changed on my 94 V6 MX-3 (165,000 km). Is there anything else I should have the mechanic check/replace while he is changing the timing belt?

I hear that the belt tensioner can go bad after 5 years. its not cheap (around 175) but its cheaper than a set of valves.<P>also check the pullies to make sure they arn't noisy (bad bearings)
