Hatch hinge noise

I realize there is a TSB for this, http://www.mx-3.com/tsb/s047-93.gif<p>Has anyone found an alternate means of fixing the squeaking? It's really annoying. Anyone know how much Mazda would charge for this part? Thanks for any info anyone can provide.
