KL-ZE around B.C.?

Does anyone do KL-ZE swaps around BC or Alberta. I don't want to drive all the way to Toronto for A-spec and I don't want to give it to some doubtful mechanic who will most likely screw up. I'm in Vancouver BC, so anywhere around Washington or neighbouring provinces would be great.
