New Tranny Question

I just got new Auto Tranny guts,stabalizers,whole nine yards & a Tranny Cooler. I've tested it a couple times,after the break-in period.<BR> I've noticed that at 40mph/Approx 5800rpm it shifts into 2nd and at 70mph/Approx 5200-5300 it shifts into 3rd.<BR> Is that what a normal Mx-3 Auto Tranny is suppose to shift at? or am I loosing power because it's not winding the gears all out.<BR> What is an Mx-3 Peak Power RPM? I read someone say no power past 6500rpm.
