Putting on new rims, got a question.
I was wondering what all do I need to do when I put on new rims. Do I have to get it balanced?

Re: Putting on new rims, got a question.
Depends on whether they were balanced at the shop you got them from. When I bought 17's for my dad's car, they balanced them at the shop when I bought them. What you can do is call the shop where you bought them, and ask them first, if they say they have been balanced, still do your own little test. take the car onto a road where you can do 80-100km's and see if there is feedback to the steering wheel. This is how I found out my 15" rims where not balanced.
That's just my suggestion, someone may have a better one?
Mat

You should get your rims balanced once a year unless you have reason to do it more.
I usually get my rims balanced in the spring.
