Re: automatic seatbelts (HELP!)
I'd take it back to mazda also. They should not get stuck, that's what the recall was for.
The beeping is a relatively easy fix. It requires cleaning the sensor board on the belt roll under the arm rest and rotating the inner piece behind the sensor board by 10-20 degrees.
Re: automatic seatbelts (HELP!)
My drivers side seatbelt was broken for like 5 years. I took it to Mazda a couple of weeks ago, and since it had a recall it was free. Works great now. If I were you, I'd take it back and make them fix it.

Has anyone swapped to non-Mickey Mouse belts? Complicated? Or easy? Thanks!!
