APC Crap??

Hey Guys,
I was looking at canadian tire the other night and saw the APC mufflers there. The one that caught my eye was the dual DTm tipped one. The construction looks as good as some other I've seen at Performance Impovements ...etc. It even has ther Perforated core to help the sound out. Just wondering if these are any good? I'm kinda on a tight budget being a student and would love a Brullen But they're too much $$$.

I have a RActive Exaust and it's sounds good. It has a Five inch. opening. As far as the dual exaust they are not that great as far as performance goes. When it comes to a exaust you want to think of water when you split water more will come out on one side then another. I would also stay away from APC the can and will rust. I have had mine for FOur year and there is no rust on it.

i hate the exhausts that flare up , they piss me off so much.<p>i like the ones with a dual tip and are just cut on a slight angle like the stock BMW ones, does nayoen know wat i mean, im gettign one of those this summer , what do u guys think , im nto a fane of the huge fat ones.

I have a stainless Magnaflow muffler that looks like the one in the very top pic but with the tip cut at a slight angle. It sounds great and is high quality. I would stay away from APC if I were you, definetly not the best quality stuff out there. I paid $270 for my cat back exhaust including the muffler, I think the extra couple bucks is worth it, plus if you are planning on having the work done by a muffler shop they will usually give you a deal if you buy the muffler from them.

the tip on my muffler is 3.5 inches in diamater not too big.<p>and i paid $1200 for my complete exhaust system
