got a problem

<BR> I hope somebody can answer this for me. Whenever my car is in neutral the RPM'S read about 600-700(which is pretty normal), but whenever I put the clutch in and put it into gear the revs jump up to 1000 or a bit more. Any suggestions, I am stuck on this one.

I have a similar problem. When I initially start my car it idles at just over a grand, then when I start driving it a bit it will idle down around 300-400. If I idle too long it will seem to bog down and almost die. does anyone have the answer?<BR>~Ryan~
