Compression ratio

Post by jdag112 »

Can anyone tell me what the compression ratio is in the 92 V6. I may have the KL08 (japanese version) so if anyone knows both that would be awsome. I am unsure about which engine because I am unaware of how to distinguise between the two. (My car was shipped from the virgin islands, which is a US territory, but the car is'nt registered with Mazda of america, if that helps anyone).
Jake
I don't know how it got into the V.I.(since it's a U.S. territory-like Puerto Rico, Guam etc.,they have the same laws regulating imports as do the 50 states) but if you do find out where in the Carribean it originally came from, PLEASE let me know. Thanks, Manny

The compression ratio of a v-6 stock engine is 9.2:1 . As for the J-Spec engine I haven't the foggiest idea.
