i have a problem am hearing a knocking type of sound coming from the front of my suspension, it sounds like a bushing maybe gone but i cant find it when i look below the car, the noise is only heard on very bumpy rough road at slow speeds, i dont feel it in the steering so i can rule that out any ideas what it can be, the noise is louder or appears to be so on the left side

Could the that the anti-roll bar has dropped a little and come loose

i think it could be a bar like that i will check today i have some time let u know
