Most overpriced *** -puke junk ever made for a car. Don't buy them unless you value chrome more than you do sound.

I have 2 12's audiobahn in a ported audiobahn box they have been the best subs I have ever owned they hit harder and last longer than any sub in their price range. I have owned Rockford Fosgate, Cerwin Vega, MTX, Alpine, Bazoooka, and Earthquake Subs and these have been the best and the cheapest I only paid 210.00 US for the 2 12's in the box, and they look sweet as hell With the mirror at the bottem and neon light built in.

I give them an A++++

One of my friends runs a 15" audiobahn and it sounds like a dog vomitting. Paid quite a bit for it too. Maybe you could post the model # and some specs of the ones you're looking at. :shrug:

Just another positive note. I own 2 12" Audiobahns and I run them off a US Acoustics 800W amp and they bang. The chrome basket doesn't hurt the look of reverse mounting either.

I havn't owned any audiobahn subs, I had a componet set and some 6" midbass...didn't sound too bad, mid grade equipment. For the money they are :shrug: worth it. You might want to look into the other lines they make, Digital Audio and Swiss Audio..The Swiss gear looks sweet...I'm thinking of getting their three way componets(5.25,4",and .75 tweet + crossovers)...I found them for $80 on the internet...

nice dig ;)

They are very overpriced. I don't see how you can say for the money they are worth it. If you get a GOOD deal they may be worth it. They are all chrome and I give Audiobahn a lot of credit for being as smart as they business wise. They advertise in the right places and they know how to appeal to ppl who view cosmetics as a major issue.

your right on the overprice....if you buy them from a dealer or a stereo shop....Almost every shop marks up their product about 150-300%. I always bargin shop on the internet...I don't personally run audiobahn. I had those componets and midbass and they sounded pretty good...sub wise I have heard a few audiobahns and like most other subs if they are placed in a well designed enclosure they produce fairly well(given with a good source and amp)..I am more of a rockford man myself but thats my preference...I would say if you find a good price on the subs go for it but if you can get a higher end sub like rockford, jl, diamond, ect for a few bucks more thats what I would do...But audiobahn is about the only company that makes the bling-bling subs... :throwup:
