Ok I know it's not a massive spl score but I'm more than impressed i think this was quite good.<p>other cars with alot more money spent on them got less!!!
I thought mine would get no where near this and when i tested it i was like awsome!!! this was a good score!
gonna get some more subs hooked up and see if i can get 140!!!

Where was the measurement taken? At the head? At the floor? At the dash?<p>If it was at the head, it's a respectable score. If it was at the dash or floor, it's pretty sad. I'd worry more about proper implementation (i.e. aiming and proper box) before I'd worry about throwing more subs in.

I asked where it was metered at, which could make as much as a 10 dB swing in his reading. <p>And based on where it was read, I advised him to look at his box first before he wasted money on extra subs. how many subs , and what type were they , what size amp were you using Armageddon MX-3

sorry i didn't reply sooner this was tested at the head i.e sat straight over the seat.<p>the subs are pyle audio.<p>i wasn't really all that interested in trying to break any spl records lol...
i wasn't expecting this to be honest especially with them being inverted.

I'd like to visit each and every one of them with a 20 lb sledge and bash thier skulls in.

that's the only reason i said that.
i put them in my bro's box non-inverted and they sounded totally different. but then again that was in a larger different shaped, ported enclosure... so i guess it would anyway
