I am truly dumbstruck. How on earth do I get the front door speaker grills off of my 93 GS? Do I have to remove the enitre door panel? And if so, how do I do that?? Thanks for any help.

speaker is too small. I can only get one screw in. SO I guess I'll make a ring out of sheetmetal and extend the rim of the new speaker. Sound good to everyone? And bad opinions or better opinions? Thanks for all the help!

mdf is like what some call Particle board.
Glue and sawdust formed into boards.

only MDF is tons better and more solid than particle board. Particle board can leak air under extreme pressure and in some cases has been known to litteraly explode. MDF is much more solid and only a little more in price. This is why 75% of the boxes made for subwoofer enclosures is made of MDF.

My mistake, thinking of another type of board. I used MDF for my box as well and my rear speaker rings (adapters).
