cd changer and reciever

i have a sony 10-cd changer and have a sony reciever doesnt support a cd changer. now i want to hook up my cd changer, so i am going to buy a new reciever. does it matter what brand i get? does it have to be a sony reciever? i would like to buy another brand besides sony, like JVC or Pioneer.<p>thanks in advance

I dunno tho.

if u go with a sony u will have better sq because it will go through there cable but if u go with a dif brand u will have to use an rf modulator and quality prob won't be that good
