Phantom II Radar Jammer

Has anybody heard of or have the Phantom II Radar Jammer? It claims to jam police radar/laser guns. They also offer to pay for a ticket you receive using the device for 1 year. I'm interested in getting one but I don't know if it's for real or not. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I've heard of them. Personally, if they say they'll pay the ticket, I'd give it a whirl.

Hmm they say it's legal except for a few states.
