I just got a 93 Rs and it has 2 12' rockford subs and 2 6x9's all in the hatch. Does that sound like a good strong system? And my real question is about my alarm system, it's a Black Widow. Has anyone heard of it? And if so is it good quality, it works fine and everything but i was just wondering about the true value of it incase maybe i should look into something else.
Thanks

Can't really tell, turn it up a bit... :D j/k To each his own. Everyone has their own preferance as to which systems are the best. If it sounds good to you then I guess you answered your own post. If you are asking if you think they will last, I have heard a lot of good things about Rockford. It all depends on if the different components compliment each other. If you hook up 2 12"s to a 50W amp then it's going to sound like s**t. If they scimped on the size of wire used for the amp then the amp isn't going to perform like it should. If I were you I would go to Rockford's website and see what they recommend for amp and box type and size and see if your system needs upgrading.
As for the alarm system- I have heard of Black Widow alarms, but don't know if they are good or not. I guess you could always try to break into your car and see if it works. :D :D
I guess I'm trying to say if you are happy with them then that is all that counts. It's better than nothin'. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have my subs.
I have two Autotek SS 12"s with a 400 Jenson 4ch. pushing them with a Panasonic head unit and Sony Xplode 3ways in the doors(soon to be in the back). Kind of a Heinz 57 system, but it sounds good to me. Now if I can just keep the whole car from rattling! :D
