Clutch Problem

Hey all I came across a problem when driving on the highway. it seemed like my clutch was slipping so when i got home i ripped it apart and ther was still a fair bit of clutch material left but the entire thing was soaked in oil. i was wondering if anybody else had this problem before. i took apart the trany the seals were good so i dont think its trany oil. so either rear seal or oil pan is leaking i think but i would appreciate if someone else had this problem to let me know before i rip the whole car apart.<BR> Ryan
