CigeretLighter DYNO

Do those things that plug into the lighter and give you HP, 1/4mile, 0-60, and other stuff actually work. I have a friend selling his for $75, are they universal, cuz he has a civic.

the mph on those seem to be off..a mid 16 @ 90?!?!? I got 90 on ONE run, ever. And that was a 15.4 or something like that. I would not trust any times I got on one of those, maybe within a half second, but not 0.1

I know they measure it differently, but that's still off by quite a bit. We've discussed it over at mx6.com, and the difference in the average of 60 ft, and what you're going at the end is NOT more than a couple miles an hour, at most. Even if it was 88, that's still a lot faster than what you would be going during a mid 16 run.
