WTF is up with PT

ok i login to PT and it comes up with access denied already then i get past that and go to one of the forums and all i get is that ****ing RULES post. now i read it and it says nothing about whats going on.anyone know what i need to do to get it back to normal to where i can access the forums?

just a hunch, but I assume he's done that, repeatedly.....since he says it in the 1st 3 words of his post.
have you contacted the admin'?
