Belt Chirping?

Hi, my '94 MX-3 RS has 81k on it... and yesterday it started chirping..its a low chirp that happens like twice a second..it sounds like its comming from the belt region. It's been really rainy here for the past 4 days, so im thinking it might just be moisture on the belts? but I woke up this morning to goto school, and it was doing it again... I drove to school.. stepped out.. and it was still doing it... but when i drove back from school, and got home, i stepped out.. and no chirps? what do you guys think it could be? I got the car a 64k, and not sure if any of the belts have ever been replaced and if they do need to be replaced, how much do you think its going to hurt my wallet?
