Ignition!

I'm having a problem with my ignition. I think it may be my ignition cylinder what do you think? When i turn the key it doesn't want to turn i have the constantly wiggle it until it decides it wants to turn and start. It took me 20 minutes today of turning and turning the steering wheel to get it to start.
