I work at Advanced Engine Design (Richmond, VA) and may be able to locate one for you, however, for the amount of $$$ you're looking at spending on a CUSTOM turbo for your 1.6 (upwards of $2500.00  I'll check tomorrow for the turbo and contact you with my findings... :2thumbsup:

if you do it yourself should be half that you can get the manifold from a late 80s 323 or a early 90s mercury capri take most of the turbo stuff off there and get the intercooler and piping

wow, two grand, does it really give you a 15% increase in power, and how long will a 1.6 engine last if you install one of those things (stage 1 from racingmazda), and your gas mileage, what happens to that with a turbo? just curious...

2 grand for a 15% increase seems steep. 15% is barely more than 15 more hp. you can get that with intake and exhuast and some tuning. or for 400/500 you can do a nitrous kit with twice the hp. or get the gude racing kit which give like 50 hp i think for between $1000 and $2000

Read what is in the kit. Its actually a good platform to start from. Also, the bottom end on the b6e is farily stout as well. The trannie is going to be the weak point you hit first.

the manifold on this kit won't work for the DOHC right?

nope, fot the dohc you can get a b6t manifold(323 turbo stateside if im not mistaken) and actually nab that turbo and other components and ur set to go. or get a custom flange for a diff turbo.

just remember thats a 15% increase at 4 psi which is safe for a stock engine. u could upgrade parts and expect more than just 15%.

still seems a bit much for me for only 15 extra horse power. since this is just a "base" how much would it cost extra to get more hp out of it? another grand or so to really see increases? i thought i heard other guys doing around 6 or 7 psi at least on stock internals

yeah, thats with upgraded fuel. a company wont push the motor, they'll give you a safe psi to run, so that way when you up it, its not their fault.

and it wouldnt be another grand to get it up to 6/7 psi. maybe 500 bucks w/ a good tunning. for 2g, its a great price. or, do it yourself and get a custom manifold and go from there.

intercoolers are easy as hell to obtain...the first gen probes intercooler would be a perfect fit(already had mine on a friends mx-3 when doing some fit test)
