Has anyone here converted a set of probe headers to th fit the 1.6dohc , what modifications are required and how much of a performance gain was achieved?

I wish i had a dyno of the before and after, but yes i have done it.

You have to port the header/head modistly to make them line up a little better and drill some new holes.

You also need to get the downpipe/flexpipe and have the exsats fixed as well

So these probe 2.0l headers dont fit the 1.6dohc, but fit the 1.8 engine?

I just ordered a set of these headers and when I get them, I will have pics of the process of tweekin them to fit my 1.6dohc rs on my cardomain site. but if they take as long as my cf hood is to get here I might be adapting them to some sort of antigravity drive :welder:
