PRM Intake

Post by mnuckols »

Is there anything special needed to be done before putting the PRM intake in? I have a 92 SOHC. Aren't filters usually supposed to be at the end of the bent pipe? The PRM instructions tell me to hook adapter to my mass airflow meter, then my filter, and then the bent pipe down...I don't get the nice intake sound that I hear on other cars. Just wondering if there was anything special that I need to do or do you just not hear the PRM Intake at all?

Its right it is supposed to go right after the maf, and prm i have heard in the past to be a quite system, probably because the filter is not exposed...
