PROBLEM: Acceleration is jerky, esp at lower RPM

I have a 1994, Mazda MX-3, 4 cyc, with 105k miles.

For the past few weeks, my car jerks sporatically when I'm accelerating. I've also noticed my fuel economy has slightly decreased as well (not sure if its related). The jerking only happens when accelerationg, and seems to happen more often at lower RPMs (under 3000).

Have any clue what this might be? I plan to get a tune-up... new spark plugs, new distributor cap, and rotor, as well as a fuel injector cleaning. Do you guys think this will fix the problem?

it will help it if not fix it.. you might just need the basic tune up stuff if you have not had it done withing 30k miles.

Its basically what a shop would advise you do first

How much would an O2 sensor cost and where would I be able to get one. I'm having the same problem as he is and it sucks.
