Put 500ml of AUTOMATIC TRANNY FLUID in your engine oil. The passages for the oil are small and carbon deposits close them a little bit when you have old oil/many miles engine.

Any grade of AUTO fluid is good.

You can run with them in the oil. Drop your oil next oil change.

The auto tranny fluid has many detergents and decrease the deposits very well.

ive read on hotrod website NOT to use engine flush (i used it every oil change) since that stuff makes it even worse on your valvetrain/ticking. and ive read that auto tranny fluid does help. ive gotta try myself.
