First gear jerkiness

When I pull away in first gear the engine starts pulseing an jerking ,if I keep trying to accelerate the tires start cherping an it gets foolish.also has a bad miss around 3900rpm not sure if this is related as it was there before this started. Anyone ever come across this problem before. I would like to solve this problem before it ripps out my engine mounts.
