my friend tried that and it messed up his door frame. He got it open once and couldn't get it to close properly so it would leak, and you could hear every noise outside. Very bad idea if you ask me. Plus it looks like s---. But if you still want to do it, any body shop will do it for you if you have the money. I don't know how much he paid, but he said it wasn't worth it.
