I hear of alot of flowmasters on other cars. But not really on ours. what is it about them that people like? Would they fit on my car? i was looking at flowmaster.com and was wondering what series is best for my car? I was just wanting to here some opinions. thanks in advance.

I have a video clip of my car at idle and a lil revvin if anyone wants to host it. I have a flowmaster 40 series. Sounds kickazz.

im talking in the world of V8s its puny, of course its bigger than ours, its got 4 more cylenders

So how did ya like it?

I have a Flowmaster 60-series on my B6T Festiva. Its nice and quiet because of the turbo, but when you step on it, it gets pretty loud. I love the sound of it, its really deep and throaty sounding... its not raspy at all, sounds NOTHING like a fart can.

Hey! I gotta flowmaster 60 series center in 2.25 center out 2.25 and it fits PERFECTLY. It sounds GREAT. When the pipes are cold though it has a raspy tone, but once it warms up, it has a very deep tone. At low RPM's (below 3ish) it's pretty loud, but over that i can only hear the intake. So, it's pretty quiet. I have no resonator though, so that'd make it louder too. But a great muffler, looks very stock and sleep, and I like it I can send yah a vid sumtime too, that'd be easy. later man! OH, i have a b6ze, soon hoping to have a BP, so that's why i chose 2.25. CYA!

well looks like 60 series it is. i was looking at the site and thought 60. so thats what i'll go with. thanks all.

cjthor's car sounds purrrrdy.

I will be on aol tonite so if anyone wants to IM me I can share the videos I have...that way someone can put them up. I do have before turbo and after turbo videos to share. Exhaust is much quieter now.
