wacky idle

Post by walter44 »

I have a problem with my idle. The idle is stuck at 1 1/2. If you let it sit in nuetral sometimes the idle drops down to one, but if I touch the gas it jumps back up to 1 1/2 and stays there. When I try to adjust the idle screw it doesn't do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions to what the problem is?
[ June 05, 2003: Message edited by: walter44 ]

You could try adjusting the idle screw to lower it.
