Rx-7/cold air intake/supercharger

i have a question i am looking for an engine swap for my 93 4 banger and i was wondering can i fit an rx-7 engine in my engine bay? and i was wondering what cold air intake adds the most hp to my 4 banger also i have one more question in the back of almost all my import magazines there is a product that advertisizes a supercharger for any application for only 69.95 and it claims to add 35 hp and 31% more mpg is this a hoax has anyone tried it
