I have 128,000 miles on my car, how much longer do you think I can go before my engine blows?

i think it depends on the way the motor has been treated/taken care of...

i wish i could say that i only had 128k. i'm pushing 160k and my motor is still running alright. i think it's gonna go soon, i believe the piston rings are worn, she smokes a bit and has a valve cover gasket leak

I got 219,000miles on mine and it runs great. Just matinance it reguarly and dont wait for things to break before replaceing it.

Start using synthetic oil with a double guard filter. Just an extra pre-caution....also, this has nothing to do with ur engine, but change your transmission fluid...i did and ive got 128,000 also and it shifts waaaaay smooth.

I just had my transmisson replace I'm still paying for it...
