I have recently developed a sizable hole in my exhaust system. Assuming the problem is back of the catalytic converter (I have yet to check that), I am thinking of going with the PaceSetter Monza cat-back system that many of you guys have talked about on here, and is available from JCWhitney for $150. However, I noticed that the site quotes this exhaust system for a 92-93 MX-3. Mine is a 95, 1.6L 4-cylinder. I was wondering if this exhaust would work with my car, and if anybody has any experience putting this exhaust on a 1995 MX-3?<BR>Thanks!

a few people have rust problems with the tips

almost 3 years now and no rust on my tip but yes some people in moist climates have the problem. The exhaust will work for a 95 but the shop will need to cut the muffler flange and turn it so it lines up correctly with the mid pipe. At least thats the problem i had with my 94 [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

Thanks for the advice. Do you mean that you have to actually cut the flange off and turn it, and then re-weld it? That sucks, because I was hoping to do the switch myself (I have access to a lift), but I don't know how to weld. I wonder if there is some kind of adapter that you could come up with. thats what they had to do with mine. But perhaps it was a defect. Maybe someone else could lend some insight into that. I think he charged an hour labor to do the cut and weld which wasnt too bad.

I have that setup... I don't have any rust on it yet (it's been a year) but even if so what do you want for $150 CND....
