I saw an mx-3 the other day and it looked like it had an intercooler on it, so I stopped him and asked where he got it from. He told me that it wasn't an intercooler but it was an air intke that mounts right where an intercooler would mount. I fyou think he was pulling my chain, I asked him was he being for real, he said yeah and showed me the receipt to prove. Anyone know where I can get one for my mx-3 once finished with the engine.

if you have a 4cyl you can use the civic front mouth intake with some small mods to the piping.

yuck,
Dude. Forget it. You're wasting your money and time.
The thing will rattle and shake and break off in 6 months.
That I can GUARANTEE you will happen.
Or, worse yet, you'll get stuck in a big-a-- rain storm and you'll go through a deep puddle of water in the road and say bye bye to your front mount intake element.
engine swap, turbo, or a better performing car are your only options.
all the cold air in the world won't make any difference to your (and my) B6E SOHC engine.
at the very least, save your money until you've got a game plan.
RF
