Copper head gasket?

Hello,<P>Il be getting my bottom end rebuilt and souped up soon, and wanted to get a copper hard gasket put in while the engine was apart. Ive read heaps of differant post on copper head gaskets and have been really confused by all the confilcting information.<P>What exactly to you have to have done inorder to use a copper gasket? Ive been told you have to "O" ring the block or something?<P>Does anyone have any exact info on this??<P>thanx,<P>Steve
