I was wondering if it was possible to swap in the 1.6l DOHC to a car that previously had the 1.6l SOHC, is this swap possible? If so, what would I need and how hard would it be to complete? Thanks for your response. hart373@hotmail.com

Check out my site in the signature. I swapped in the B6T motor to replace the sohc. Works great, the NA B6 motor would be similar but without the need for a different computer and all the turbo parts.

i did the swap and a new wiring harness and computer will be needed. really not worth it. if you want drop in hp get the b6t. the b6 is the same block so you could get it for a whole lot cheaper if your gonna upgrade the turbo anyway. and the head flows better on the na motor.

it is real simple but like i said it can get expensive quick due to ecu and wiring harness not working.
