Do a search for Face Guages and you will find a myriad of topics and links.
Click above for just one of them.
[ June 16, 2002: Message edited by: Justin Evans ]

you don't need to pull the needles off, the gauges just go over the old ones, just unscrew the screws from the old gauge face overlay the new indiglo and face and replace the screws. just be very careful routing the needles throught the indiglo panel and faces.
Re: indiglo installation
i did do a search but did not find what i was looking for..i also put the indiglo gauges over the factory ones but because its such a tight fit, the speedometer needle and rpm needle does not move like its suppose to..

Re: indiglo installation
you have to shave the back of those needles with a thin file, not an easy job, so they get clearance. sorry forgot to mention that.

Re: indiglo installation
don't pull the needles off unless you know how to calibrate them. I just used a nail file, masked the old gauge face and slowly filed the backs of the needles while they were on. I used masking tape and very gentle finger holding of the needles while I files them, gotta be careful because they can break easily if you force to much while fileing. After that I put the glo panel on and then the faces. the needles moved freely. the instructions that came with the indiglos from speedhut should have told you what you needed to do.

I read somewhere that the guages fit the rs tighter then when the guages are on a Gs is this true? Just wondering. What text pattern did you get. Do you have to file all these guages because if not it sure does not seem that these gauges were disgned to fit properly, or is just me.
