ok. i accidentally disconnected my maf when installing my new intake filter. the car doesn't run properly and all that stuff with no maf, so i put the stock airbox on with the maf and it ran perfectly. that was yesterday.<BR>today, the car starts spitting out lots of smoke from the muffler and the engine and it runs all crappy. i checked to see if the connections were put on properly and they were...any help here please?

i think the problem may be from a dying transmission, oil change, airbox/maf, or running low on fuel.

a friend on the mx3 site said it's a really bad oil leak, so my bro and i checked and found a couple leaks that have been there for a while because it was wet AND dry, but we haven't gotten around to fixing or finding the leak yet. i hope soon though.
