get HIDs before they get outlawed.

Any type of light bulb that puts out more than what the stock bulb is rated at is illegal in 99% of Canada and for sure the US. If you can get your hands on the glass headlights that would help or get the HID units from europe.

anyone know if there is a real or significant difference in output between regular halogen 9004 bulbs and the ones sold as 'high output'?

Um, why may I ask are you going to add that many lights to your car? Are you almost blind or are you just trying to f**k with people into thinking it's a 747 coming straight at them on the highway? You are truly a sick individual! :D :D <BR>BTW- I don't know if you alternater will handle that much load. My engine already idles with the beat of my subs. Good luck and don't forget to warn the air traffic controlers in your area so they don't s**t their britches when they see you coming. :D

you can alway put in driving lights and di you buff ur head lights yet it made my headlights brighter
