Hello Everyone!<P>I'm thinking of putting a magnaflow muffler on my car and take the cat out...<P>anyone have experience with these mufflers at all? I've heard they're a lil better tan the ractive stuff..<P>any comments will be appreciated..<P>Thanks<P>Tawheed

a girlfriend of mine had a magnaflow muffler on her 93 sohc and it had a loud rippley noise to it. some people like that, but it IS the traditional "weedeater" sound. maybe yours would be different, but i didn't like it.

thats funny , cause i have a magna flow muffler with a 4 inch tip and i love the way it sounds! i hate the weed eater sound! sounds like a damn honda civic! yuk! lol! i have a 94 rs....later [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

i think the DOHC makes a much diff. exhaust note than the sohc. thats why civic dx's sound like crap most of the time, but hey, i dunno.
