Yes, that is the Stock bumber!
For the the GS lip I just cut that with a jigsaw....two quick cuts
I got bored and pulled out Dad's rotozip and hacked away. At the grill. Then sanded it the best I could (uthane doesn't sand that easy....mainly I used the rotozip the best I could) Then I painted it with some red paint to hid the black marks from where it was cut....
For the grill mesh i used gutter mesh (used to keep the leaves out of your gutters)....I got a few sheets for 5 bucks (incase I messed up)...painted the mesh white and the little grill. When the paint was dry I bent the mesh to fit and glued it in with contact cement.

Cost:
Rust-oleum SunRise Red spray paint $3.00
Glossy White Spray paint...........$2.00
One sheet of gutter mesh...........$1.00
One tube of contact cement.........$3.00
Total spent on this porject........$9.00
Total time spent on this project...6 hours
Why did it take so long...I had no I idea what I wanted to do just was sick of the old style and figured if I really mess it up I'll just buy a new one.
How did yours come out Dj_Pawz_GS? Lets see some pics!

------------------
Liquid_Metal
'94 MX-3GS
Mazda_MX3GS@yahoo.com
www.MX-3GS.com
