Ignition Coil Help

Hey peeps,

Finally got my car looked at, and as is turns out it's not my distributor. I was told i'll need a new ignition coil.

Does anyone have any idea how hrd a job it is to change one. The guy quoted me an insane price for parts and labour, being just under $700.

So I need to try and do this by myself, also looking to purchase a ignition coil if anyone has one.
