Is this a good Deal?

I got an offer for a 1992 Mx-3 GS with 109,000km with the 1.8L v6 manual Transmission, has new brakes, rotors, exhaust. For $4500 Canadian. This is the best Ive seen so far price wise most other prices ive seen are about 6000 and they have almost 200,000Km on them. this only has the 109,000Km. Think I should move on this deal?
